Refund policy

At Solevera®, we stand behind our products 110%, which is why we offer a 1-Year Warranty on all orders at absolutely no cost. On top of that, if you wish to return your Solevera® product or receive a refund, you can do so for up to 120 days after purchase, no questions asked.

SECTION 1 – APPLICABILITY

This Return Policy applies to all customers in the countries, states, and regions where we deliver our products. All products purchased from the Solevera® website are eligible for return under certain conditions. If you receive a damaged product, you may also return it under specific conditions.

Please make sure you understand our return policy and ensure all criteria are met before sending any items back. This policy is written in clear and simple language.

SECTION 2 – TIME LIMIT

Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange within 120 days from the date of delivery. After 120 days from delivery, we will be unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. No exceptions will be made.

SECTION 3 – HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Proof of Purchase

The item must have been purchased from our website, and we will require the order number as proof.

Condition of Item

The product must be complete with all accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging without damage.

Return Timeline

The return request must be initiated within 120 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping

Return the product to the address specified by our customer support team. Do not send it to the address shown on the product packaging.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and handling charges. Please use a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and package the product securely.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

SECTION 4 – DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact admin@solevera.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photographic evidence. After verification, we will ship a replacement within 3–5 business days.

SECTION 5 – WARRANTY POLICY

All Solevera® devices come with a 12-Month Limited Warranty.

If your product does not function correctly or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge.

This warranty covers a maximum of three (3) replacement units within one year from the delivery date.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.

After two replacements, Solevera® reserves the right to offer store credit as an alternative resolution.

SECTION 2 – CONDITIONS OF REFUND

Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from the Solevera® website.

Product Never Arrived

If you have not received your product within 120 days after placing your order, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Instead of Replacement

You may request a refund instead of accepting a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Refund Within 12 Hours of Order Placement

Refund requests submitted within the first 12 hours after placing an order will generally be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund After Return

If you initiate a return within 120 days of receiving the product and request a refund, you will receive 100% of the product purchase price once the returned item is received and inspected.

Received Damaged Item

Full refunds are available for products received damaged or defective.

During Warranty Period

If a product defect occurs during the 12-month warranty period, refunds may be issued only if Solevera® is unable to repair or replace the product.
